Warm-up:  Sul Ross Run, 3 Sets: 10x Burpee, 10x DB Plank Row (light), 10x DB Push Press (Light).

Strength: Bench Press: 5×3 – 5-10lbs heavier than last week. Then 3×8 Close Grip Bench Press – As fast as possible – AHAP keeping each set unbroken (continuous motion, no resting at top).  Rest 1:00 between sets.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 15x Ring Push up, 10x Burpee – Slam Ball, 50m Double arm KB Front rack carry (55/35/hand).

WOD: 20:00 AMRAP: Pi Day 3:14

  • 3x Power Snatch (115/85)
  • 14x Overhead Squat (115/85)
  • Block Run

Cool Down: 3 Sets 25 GHD Sit-ups
