Warm-up: Coach Led/ TBD by 19.3
Strength: (can be done AFTER 19.3) Bench Press: 3×5, then 3×8 Close grip bench press- As fast as possible. Add 5-10lbs on both lifts from last week.
Stamina: 10 Sets of Sprint to the End of the Parking Lot as fast as possible EMOM for 10 Minutes, Rest Remainder of minute.

Cool Down: 5x Planks: 1:00 on/off
