Warm-up: W. Alabama Run, 3 Sets: 6 RDL, 6 Hang Power Clean, 6 Front Squats – increase weight each set. 

Strength:  Deadlift: 3X5, then 2×8 Sumo Deadlift as fast as possible. Add 10-20lbs on both lifts from last week. (20 Minutes Max)

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the End of the Parking Lot and Back. Rest as necessary between sets. 

WOD: 7 Rounds for Time:

10 Front Rack Lunges (RX: 95/65) (ARX: 115/85)

7 Hang Power Cleans

4 Front Squats

1 Push Press

Cool Down: 3 x 20 Russian Twists (25/15 Plate)
