Warm-up: 3 Rounds: Block Run, 12x Goblet Squat, 16x Stepping Lunge.

Strength:  Back Squat: 3X5, then 2×8 Front Squat As fast as possible. Add 5-10lbs on both lifts from last week. (20 Minutes Max)

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 50m Overhead Walking Lunge (45/35), 12x Burpee box Jump 20x GHD Sit up.

WOD: 20-16-12-8:

  • Dumbbell Thruster (40/25)
  • Box Jumps (24/20)
  • Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
  • Calorie Row/Air Bike/Ski Erg

Cool Down: 3 x 20 GHD Sit-ups, 10 GHD Back Extensions
