Warm-up: Run to W. Alabama then 3 Rounds: 12x KB Deadlift, 10x Good morning, 8x Thruster with Barbell (please do not drop empty barbells).
Strength: Deadlift: Work to 1RM
Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 400m Farmer Carry, 400m Buddy carry, 30x Slam ball.
WOD: 5 Rounds for time:
- 10x Box Jump (24/20)
- 8x Toes to bar
- 6x Power Clean (165/115)
- Run Block
Cool Down: 6x 1:00 Wall Sits, Rest between sets
