Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 12x Jumping Lunge, 5x Inchworm
Strength: Front Squat: 5-5-5-5-5: Increase load each set.
Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x KB Front Squat, 20x GHD Sit up, 200m Run with Sandbag.
WOD: For time: 10-1:
- Power snatch (135/95)ARX, (95/65)RX
- Burpee over the bar
- 2x Ab Mat Sit up
- 2x Double Unders (Singles are Good but make every attempt to do DU’s_
Cool Down: 6x :30 Max Effort Bike Sprint – Full recovery between sets.
