Strength: Close Grip Bench Press:  5×4 5-10# Heavier than last week.

Stamina (don’t post on board): 4 Rounds, not for time: 10x Renegade row, 20x Strict Dip, 200m Run with Weight plate (45/25).

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:

  • 8x Power Snatch (115/85)
  • 50x Double Under
  • 12x Front Squats (115/85)
  • Block Run

Cool Down: 10 Minutes on Bike:  EMOM 20 Seconds as fast as possible, rest 40 seconds.
