Strength: Work to 1 RM Snatch

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 7x Power Cleans (165/115)
  • 12x Pull ups
  • 19x Double Unders
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back

Cool Down: 20 hollow rocks, 10 GHDs X 3 Rounds
