Warm-up: 3 Rounds:  15 Calories, 20 Lunges, 10 Jumping Air Squats

Strength: Deadlift 5X5, 5 Sets of 5 at the same heavy weight – around 70-80% of 1RM

Stamina: 4 Rounds:  Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the end of the parking lot and back, rest between sets. 

WOD:  1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Hang Squat Clean (95/65)

GHD Sit-ups (or 2X Ab Mat Sit-ups)

KB Swings (70/53)

Cash Out:  Run to Sul Ross and Back

Cool Down: 3X 20 Russian Twists with a 25/15/Plate. Wipe Down All Equipment Used, Wash Your Hands!
