Strength: OHS – 5-3-3-1-1-1 (from the rack)

WOD: 5 Rounds:

10 Deadlifts (115/85)

8 Hang Power Cleans (115/85)

6 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85)

4 Burpees over the Bar

Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  20 Hollow Rocks, 10 Super Mans
