Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 20 Squat Thrusts, 20 Shoulder Taps, 20 Drop Squats

Strength: Warm-up to a Heavy Squat Clean (15 Minutes)

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the end of the Parking and Lot and Back, Add weight each round, rest between sets.  

WOD: 20 Minute Cap: Note:  after each movement: Perform 1 Powerclean, 1 Hang Squat Clean, 1 Thruster @70% of your Squat Clean from above

20 Dumbbell Front Squats (35/20)

20 DB Lunges

20 DB Pushpress

20 DB Sit-ups

20 DB Thrusters 

20 Dumbell Burpees

20 Russian Twists with a DB

20 Renegade Rows

Block Lap

Cool Down: 4 Sets:  20 Hollow Rocks, Rest between Sets
