Strength: Push Press: Work to 1RM

WOD: 8 Rounds for time:

  • 12x Kettle Bell Swing (55/35)
  • 10x Burpee over KB (Use Caution when jumping over)
  • Run to the end of the parking lot and back

Cool Down: Assault Bike Intervals: 10x EMOM – 11/6 Calories – Rest remainder of minute.
