Warm up – Run to W. Alabama and back, bear crawl turf, crab walk back on rubber, run to W. Alabama and back
Skill – DU practice (10 Minutes)
Timed – 2 Minutes Ab Mat Sit-ups
WOD – 10min AMRAP
           10 KB Swing (70/53)
           20 Slam Balls (20/15)
           30 DU
Rest 3 mins
          10min AMRAP
           10 Goblet squats (70/53)
           20 plyo push up on slam ball
           30 DU
Cool down – 50 super mans, 50 sit ups
