Warm-up:

8 Minute AMRAP – Partner A:  Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back, Partner B:  Slow Thrusters

8 Minute AMRAP – Partner A:  Fast Walk to the End of the Parking Lot and Back, Partner B:  Renegade Rows

 

Strength: Bench Press: 8@ 75%, 8@75%, 8@75%, 8@75%

WOD: 10 Rounds for time (Cap 10 Minutes):

  • 6x Pull up
  • 6x Box Jump
  • 6x Wall Ball

If you complete all 10 rounds in under 10 minutes, take your Wall Ball around the Block for TOTAL TIME.

Cool Down: 3 Rounds: 10 GHD Sit-ups, 5 Air Squats
