Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, then 3 Sets: 25m Bear Crawl, 12x Hand release push up, 10x Alt. DB snatch (light). 

Strength: Bench Press: 9-7-7-5-3 (sets of 7 at same weight, increase after every other set). 

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x Floor Press (AHAP- unbroken), 16x Alt. DB Plank Rows, 50m Double arm KB front rack carry (AHAP- Unbroken). 

Work Capacity: 20:00 AMRAP: 

  • 500/400m Row 
  • 8x Burpees
  • 6x Cluster (Full Squat Clean into Thruster) (115/75)

Cool Down: 5 Sets:  Planks 1:00 on/off
