Warm Up: Jog, Goblet Squats (pause in bottom), Shoulder Mobility
Strength: Hang Snatch + OHS, 3,3,3,3 – hang snatch can be squat or power, but you know which is better….
WOD: 9-7-5-3-1 Snatch (yes, squat snatch) with 50 Double Unders (75 singles) after each set.
Cool Down: 4 rounds of 1 minute dead hang (L-sit on round 1,3), 20 Supermans.
