Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 2 rounds:  10 Jumping Lunges, 10 Air Squats, 30 Second HS Hold, Mobility, Review of the Clean & Jerk (15 Minutes Max)

Strength:  Squat Clean and Jerk:  1-1-1-1-1 (Find a Heavy 1 Rep) (15-20 Minutes)

WOD:  “Pre-Turkey Burn” (20 Minute AMRAP)

30 Double Unders

Run to Audley and Back

10 Burpees

300/200 Meter Row

20 Airsquats

Rest 0:30

Cool Down:  15 GHD Sit-ups, 5 HSPU
