Warm-up: Partner Warm-up:
10 Rounds: 10 DU Each (or 20 Singles), 5 Burpees Each (one person works, one person rests)
Tag Team, One person Performs the following series, then the partner performs it. No breaking it up. One person working at a time.
Each partner will do 4 FULL ROUNDS. The other partner rests while their partner completes their round.
