Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, Lunge Across Gym, Bear Crawl Back, 10 Hollow Holds on the Pull-up Rig

Strength: Barbell Complex:  Deadlift, Hang Squat Clean, Front Squat, Shoulder to Overhead 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (17 Minutes-ish)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time, Parking Lot back and forth Uneven Farmer’s Carry, Increasing each round. Rest as necessary between Rounds. 

WOD: 4 Rounds:  In 3 Minutes, Complete: 

  • Block Run
  • 10 OHS (135/95) from the ground
  • In the remaining time, Max Box Jumps (24/20), Record all 4 Scores if Possible 

Cool Down: 10 Sets:  0:20 Max Effort Bike, Rest 0:40
