We’ve always had an amazing 9:15 Mom’s Class but here it is…our 8pm Monday/Thursday Dad’s Class!!!

These great guys were looking for a way to eat dinner their families, tuck their small kids into bed and still fit in a WOD!!! What an awesome group.

Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 10x DB Push Press (light), 10x Renegade Rows, 10x Sit up.

Strength: Strict Press 4×12 @~70%

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x Weighted dip, 50m KB Carry – One arm KB over head, other arm KB front rack, switch arms at 25m, 10x Weighted Deadhang Pull up.

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP:

  • 16/12 Calorie Row
  • 12x Toes to Bar
  • 8x Air Squats (GO BELOW PARALLEL!!!)
  • 4x Burpees 

Cool Down: 3 Sets:  20 GHD Sit-ups, 5 Slow Back Extensions
