Strength: Strict Press: EMOM 10:00 – 4 reps @ 60-70% of 1RM+ 10x  Double Unders (20 Singles)

Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 100m KB Front rack carry, 15x Burpee Pull up, 50x Push up

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:

  • 20x DB snatch (10 per side; does not have to be alternating) (50/35)
  • 10x Slam Balls (30/20)
  • 10x Toes to Bar
  • Run Block
