Warm-up: Eastside Lap, one step squats across gym, 3 sets:  10 Front Squats, 10 HSC, 10 RDL with an empty bar – please don’t drop them!

Strength: Clean (Yes Squat) – 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (17 minutes ish)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time, Uneven Farmer’s  Carry – Rest between Sets
