Warm-up: 3 Rounds: Block Run, 10x Hand Release Push up, 25m Bear Crawl, 1:00 Handstand Hold

Strength: 8-6-4-2: Single Arm DB Press. (Perform number of reps on each arm – Increasing weight each set).- Increase weight on sets. Perform 20 Reps of ABs in between each set. Get heavy. 

Stamina: 1 Round, not for time: 800m Overhead plate carry (45/35), 8x Rope Climb, 100x Sledge strikes (50/side).
