Warm-up: Sul Ross Run, 3 Rounds: 20m Crab Walk, 20m Bear Crawl, 10x V-ups, Run the Block

Strength: Bench Press: 7-5-5-3: Increase weight each set. Then 1x Max Rep @ 50% of set of 3.

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 50m DB Bearcrawl (45/35), 10x DB Push up to Thruster, 20x Arc Ball Slam.

WOD: 5 Sets:

  • 7x Deadlift
  • 5x Hang Power Clean
  • 3x Shoulder to Overhead
  • 15 Burpees over the Bar

Rest 2:00 Between Sets.

*Weight: 155-185/105-125 (Please record weight used)

Cool Down: 10:00 EMOM – Bike Sprint – Spring for 20 Seconds, Rest 40 Seconds
