Strength: Bench Press: Work to 1RM. (17 or so minutes)

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 50x Double Under
  • 12x Thruster (95/65)
  • 8x Pull up

Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  20 Hollow Rocks, 10 GHD Sit-ups
