PVC Mobility, then with PVC or 15lb bar: 20 OHS, 15 Thrusters, 15 Cleans
Skill / Strength:
Pistol Progressions.  10 minutes to find max unbroken set of pistols either Rx or using one of the scales.
WOD: Continuous running clock:
5 minute AMRAP:
5 OHS 95/65
5 HSPU
5 minute AMRAP:
5 Thrusters 95/65
5 Push Ups
5 minute AMRAP:
5 Cleans 95/65
5 Pull Ups
