Warm-up:  10 Rounds:  5 Burpees, 10 Double Unders or 10 Jumping Jacks

Strength: 5X5 Pushpress (warm up, then all 5 sets are at the same weight)

No barbell or only light weights?  Perform 100 Pushpress at the same light weight or with dumbbells

Stamina: 5 Sets:  20 Jumping Lunges, Rest Between Sets

WOD: 5 Rounds for Time:

338m Run (Equivalent of our block run) (Something that takes you between 1-2 minutes)

12 Overhead Squats (95/65) or One Arm Dumbbell Squat (these are tough!)

12 Box Jumps (24/20) or Jump Over the Dumbell or Find a Safe Park Bench

Cool Down: Jumping Jack Annie or “Annie”

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders or Jumping Jacks

Sit-ups
