Warm-up: Eastside Lap, then Lunge Across Gym, Burpee Broad Jump Across Gym, 10 Empty Bar RDLs, 10 Good Mornings (please don’t drop empty bars)
Strength: Dead lift: 5×7; 50-60% of 1RM.
Stamina: 5 Rounds for time: 10x Burpee – Pull up, 50m Double arm overhead KB Carry, 50m Double arm KB Front rack carry.
WOD: For time:
- Snatch (Squat) ARX(135/95), Snatch (Power) RX(115/75), Scale would be Light Power Snatch but encourage some Squat Snatches!
- 10 -1 Pull-ups or OPTION: 5-4-3-2-1 MUs every other round (skip pull-ups!)
- 10 – 1 Push up
- Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back
