Warm-up:  3 sets: Run Block, 20x Mountain Climbers (use first set to stretch and increase intensity each round), 6x Air Squat to max distance Broad jump.

Strength: Back Squat: 8-8-6-5 Increase from last weeks weight on 6 and 5!!!!

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x Overhead Squats (AHAP- Unbroken), 200m Farmer carry, 18x Burpee box Jump.

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 50x Double under
  • 10-8-6-4-2x Front Squats (155/115)
  • 10x Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)

Cool Down: 10 Sets: :20 Max Effort Bike :40 Recovery pace
