This is TBD and could change for sure!!!! If you are a Coach and are planning on working out, I could use some help setting up the bars!  

Warm-up:  10 Rounds: 10 Double Unders (20 Singles), 5 Burpees

Strength/WOD: 2 Rounds of a Clean Ladder! 

Round 1:  EMOM20, Start with 10 Double Unders or 20 Singles, then Clean However You want below, Rest Remainder of Minute, then move on to next bar. If you hit the max without failure, feel free to continue (ask for help loading bar) without Double Unders. If you fail, you may attempt one more time, otherwise you can continue the ladder with 5 Deadlifts at each weight. 

Round 2:  EMOM20, Start with 3 Burpees over the Bar, then Clean However You want below, Rest Remainder of Minute, then move on to next bar, If you hit the max without failure, feel free to continue (ask for help loading bar) without Burpees. f you fail, you may attempt one more time, otherwise you can continue the ladder with 5 Deadlifts at each weight. 

Clean Ladder: Women

(35/45/55/65/75/85) X3

(95/105/115/125/135) X2

(145/155/160/165/170/175) X1

Clean Ladder:  Men

(55/75/95/115/135) X3

(155/175/195/205/225) X2

(235/245/255/265/275/285, etc.) X1

Cool Down: 5 Sets:  Planks 1:00 on /off
