Warm-up:  Sul Ross Run, 10-8-6: Wall ball squat clean into Wall ball shot, Burpee, Sit up with a Wall Ball.

Strength (22 Minutes-ish): Work to heavy Deadlift (Work with a Partner, Cheer each other on! PR TIME!)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 10x Overhead Squat (heavy), 50m crab walk, 50m Bear hug plate carry (AHAP- Unbroken).

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 8x Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 10x Box Jump (24/20”)
  • 40x Double Unders (40 Jumping Jacks or 80 Singles)

Cool Down: 3 sets: 20 Russian Twists, 10 V-Ups
