Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carries to the end of the parking lot and back.

4 Minutes to Run the Block, Perform 30 Double Unders (60 Singles)

In the Remaining Time, Perform Max Slam Balls (30/20)

*Every other round, perform Max Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)

Cool Down: 5 Rounds:  1:00 on/off Hollow Holds.
