17 June 2019 – “Running on Monday!!!”

Warm-up:  3 Sets: Block Run, 10x Knees to elbow, 10x Goblet Squat, 5x Burpees

Strength (22 Minutes): Work to Front Squat 1RM (GO HEAVY!!!  Cheer each other on!)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 16x Back rack lunge, 20x GHD Sit up, 200m Farmer Carry.

WOD: 3 Rounds for time:

-800m Run to W. Alabama

-30 Wall ball

-20x Burpees

-10x V-ups

Cool Down: 5 Sets: Planks 1:00 on/off
