Warm-up:  W. Alabama Run, 3 Sets: 20 count Mountain Climbers, 6x Burpee pull up, 3x Downward Dogs (hold for 10-20 Seconds)

Strength: Bench Press 7×3 – Increase weight from last week.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 50m bear crawl, 20x Single Arm Deficit Plyo Push Up (Push up with one hand elevated on plate, explode up and land with opposite hand on plate, perform same thing on new side), 12x Slam Ball – Broad jump.

WOD: 6 Rounds for Time: 

  • 400/300m Row
  • 8x Bar Facing Burpees
  • 4x Power snatch (115/85)

Cool Down: 4 Sets:  20 GHD Sit-ups, Rest Between Sets
