Strength: Strict Press: 10-8-6-4  Increase weight from last week on sets 8, 6 and 4 if able, if not, same weight as last week.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time. 50m Double arm overhead KB Carry, 3x Rope Climb, 20x GHD Sit up

WOD: 20:00 AMRAP:

  • 6x Thruster (115/85)
  • 10x Push up
  • 12x Box Jump (24/20)
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and back
  • Rest 1:00

Cool Down: 6 Sets: 1:00 Hand stand hold against wall, Rest 0:30 then, 1:00 hollow hold.
