Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, then 3 sets: 1:00 Wall Sits below parallel, 

Strength: Barbell Complex: Deadlift, Hang Squat Clean, Front Squat, Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Increase weight each lift

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the end of the parking lot and back 

WOD: 4 Sets:  4:00 AMRAP

Run Block, Perform the follow Squat Cleans, then Max Double Unders in Remaining Time, Record Double Unders, Rest 2:00 between each Round

Round 1: 8 @ 95/65

Round 2: 6@ 135/95
