Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 10x Wall ball, 5x Burpee broad jump, 10x Russian KB Swings

Strength: Front Squat 6×4. Increase weight from last week.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Farmer Carry Box step up (10/side), 20x GHD Sit up, 100m Bear hug plate carry (AHAP unbroken).

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP:

  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back or Run to the Front Door of the Building next door off W Main St. 
  • 10x Kettle bell swings (53/35)
  • 6x Toes to bar
  • 3x Burpees over the Kettlebell

Cool Down: Biking sprints: 6x :30 Max effort, 1:00 moderate pace.
