Warm-up:   W. Alabama Run, then, 3 sets: 12x Box Step up (share a few boxes), 25m walking Lunge, 20x Count Mountain Climbers (increase speed each round, start off first round as a stretch)

Strength: Front Squat 5×6. Increase weight from last week.

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: Overhead walking lunge (45/25). 50m sled sprint (heavy but unbroken), 20x GHD Sit up.
