Warm-up:   400m run to JITB, 3 Sets: 10x KB RDL, 10x RKB Swing, 10x Burpee.

Strength: Deadlift 5×4 – Increase weight from last week. Should be significantly heavier

Stamina: 1 Round, not for time: 800m sled drag (walking forward), 40x Sandbag get up, 50x Burpee Pull up.

WOD: 4 Sets:

  • 18x DB Thruster (35/20)
  • 10x Box Jump (24/20)
  • Run the Block

Rest 2:00 between sets.

Cool Down: 4x 20 GHD Sit-ups; Rest Between Sets
