Warm-up:  W Alabama Run, then 3 Sets: 15x Wall Ball, 12x Alt leg Goblet Lunge (holding WB), 20x Mountain Climbers

Strength: Alt. Leg backrack reverse lunge: 14-10-10-6. Perform 10 V-ups in between sets. 

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 200m Farmer carry, 20x GHD Sit up, 20x Goblet Squat (heavy).

Cool Down: 3 sets: 30x Sledge strikes
