Warm-up: 

Block Run, 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push-ups, 20 Jumping Lunges

For Time: “Annie” – 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders / Ab Mat Sit-ups

AMRAP 35 Minutes (with or without a partner, one person working at a time, if by yourself, you can cut the reps in half if you would like! Both run at the same time)

50 Burpees

Block Run

50 Deadlifts (95/65)

Block Run

50 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

Block Run

50 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

Block Run

50 Back Rack Lunges (95/65)

Block Run

Start over if you have made it through the above before the 35 Minutes is up!
