Warm-up: 3 Sets: Block Run, 15 Air Squats, 10 Pushups, 5 Burpees

Strength: Sumo Deadlift 5×5 75% unbroken – all sets same weight. Perform 20 Plyo Skiers (3 45# Plates Tall) between sets. 

Stamina: 1 Round, not for time: 800m Buddy carry, 100x Slam Ball, 8x Rope climb 

WOD: 8 Rounds for time: 

  • 10x Thrusters
  • 8x Box Jump (24/20)
  • 4x Burpee Toes to bar
  • 40 Double Unders

Rest as necessary between sets
