Warm-up: 400m Run, 2 minutes handstand practice, 2 rounds: 12x DB Push Press, 12x Burpees.

Strength: Push Press- Work to heavy single, then 1 rep @ 90%, 6×1@ 85%

WOD: EMOM for 20 minutes:

  • Even Minutes: 5x Pull up + 10x Push up.
  • Odd Minutes: 10x Sit up, 20x Double Under

Cool Down: Tabata (4 Minutes): Leg levers. Tabata (4 Minutes): Mountain Climbers
