Park at Memorial Park in the Cycling Loop Parking Lot – S. Picnic Loop
Start running the loop and stay to the right.
At each “pocket” loop you see to the right, perform:
30 Jumping Jacks
25 Air Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
Run to the next “pocket” loop and stay right and repeat the above.
The Loop is just under one mile with lots of pockets so if one loop isn’t enough, go for two!!!!
