Park at the Tennis Center at Memorial Park, Run SOUTH towards Memorial Drive.
At each bench you pass, do 10 Step-ups (or Jumps if you are comfortable) and 10 push-ups on the back of the bench.
When you get to Memorial Drive, make a right and you will see a Pull-up Rig on your right.
Perform the following at the Rig:
Then, Run BACK to your Parking Space performing:
2 Light Pole Sprints (Sprint the length of the light poles you see on your right)
Walk/Jog 1 Light Pole
When you get to the Tennis Center, REST!!!!!
