Warm-up: Eastside Lap, 3 rounds: 20x Mt. Climber, 10x Monkey Squat

Strength: Deadlift 7×5 @ 75%

WOD:  “25 Minute Chelsea”

25 min. EMOM complete:

  • 5x Pull up
  • 10x Push up
  • 15x Air Squat

Note:  If you do not complete the round in the allotted minute, REST a minute to regroup. Count SUCCESSFUL Completed Rounds.

Cool Down: 5 rounds on an Assault Bike: :30 moderate pace/ :30 HARD pace.
