Warm-up: 3 Rounds: Block Run, 1 Round Barbell Complex = Deadlift, Hang Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Jerk, Back Squat, Rack Jerk (don’t drop empty bars!)
Strength: Back Squat: 5-3-3-3-1 Build each set- Last set should be max load.
Work Capacity: 4 Sets:
- 10x Power Clean (135/95)
- 10x Toes to Bar
- 10 Calories (1st Set)/20 Calories (2nd Set)/30 Calories (3rd Set)/40 Calories (4th Set)
*1:00 Rest between Sets

Cool Down: 3 Sets: 10 V-ups, 10 (4-Count) Mountain Climbers
