Strength: Backsquat 1x3RM, 1×3@95%, 5×3@90%

WOD: 12 min Ascending Ladder

1 Squat Clean/ 1 Pull-up (Muscle Ups RX)

Then 2/2, 3/3 etc…

Accessory Post WOD: 4x400m run
