Warm-up:  Row 2000 Meters, 30 Air Squats, 20 Burpees

15.1 (Must be judged by a peer if part of the AllSport CrossFit Team; review standards)
9 Minute AMRAP
15 – TTB
10 – Deadlift
5 Snatches

15.1A (starts at 9.01 minutes and ends at 15 minutes)
Establish 1 rep max clean and jerk

Cool Down:  10 Parking Lot Sprints, Walk back to Building for Rest
