Warm-up: 800m Run to W Alabama, 3 Rounds: 10x DB Front Raise, 10x Hand Release Push up. Please make sure dumbbells are put up neatly and on rack and underneath. They do fit. Remind each class they need to put them up back neatly.
Strength: Push Press: 5-3-3-3-1 Build each set- Last set should be max load.
WOD: 20:00 AMRAP:
- 500m Row (alternate with a block run)
- 15x Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
- 10x Box Jump
Cool Down: Hollow Rocks – 4 Sets: 0:30 on/ off
